Junior Help Desk Analyst (Part-Time, HUBZone)

Summary

Humango Solutions is seeking a motivated, part-time Junior Help Desk Analyst to support day-to-day internal IT support activities.

This role is well suited for someone with an interest in technical support, troubleshooting, endpoint support, Microsoft 365, and customer service. The Junior Help Desk Analyst will assist with responding to internal support requests, troubleshooting common technical issues, documenting resolutions, supporting device and account-related activities, and helping improve Humango’s internal IT support processes.

Location

• St. Louis, MO Area
• Hybrid, mainly remote with flexible hours
• Part-time role, 10 hours per week
• Some availability during normal business hours may be needed for team meetings, training, and operational support activities
• HUBZone Requirement: Must reside in a Small Business Administration designated HUBZone and be able to provide proof of residence beginning at least 90 days prior to start date.

Qualifications

• Zero to three years of relevant experience in help desk support, technical support, desktop support, customer service, information technology, or a related technical field
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, certification program, technical training program, or equivalent hands-on learning in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, common business software, networking, and troubleshooting concepts
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with technical and nontechnical users
• Strong analytical, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document issues, actions taken, and technical processes clearly
• Ability to follow defined procedures, recognize when an issue should be escalated, and work responsibly with internal systems and information
