Monday-Thursday; 10:00am - 4:00pm, On-Call as needed

Position Overview

Sand Hollow Resort is seeking a motivated and dependable Part-Time IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology team. This role is designed to provide first-level technical support, allowing our senior IT staff to focus on infrastructure projects, security initiatives, and strategic IT planning.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology, a customer-service mindset, and the desire to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment. You will work directly under the supervision of the senior IT staff and play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is an in-person position. Candidates seeking a remote position will be automatically disqualified.

Key Responsibilities

Tier-1 Help Desk & End-User Support

• Respond to and resolve incoming IT support requests from staff across all departments
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
• Support POS systems and hospitality software for front-line staff
• Set up workstations and configure peripheral devices for new employees
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes under senior IT guidance

Network & Device Support

• Assist with monitoring and basic troubleshooting of network connectivity across resort locations
• Support IP camera and NVR troubleshooting under senior direction
• Help maintain static IP reservations and basic network documentation
• Escalate complex network or infrastructure issues to the senior IT staff

Ticketing & Documentation

• Log all support requests and resolutions accurately
