About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support to onsite employees and use remote support tools to assist employees working off-site — no travel to remote employees required. You'll be the go-to person for resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, helping ensure every employee has what they need to stay productive. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to grow their career in IT.What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming help desk tickets, answering and triaging requests from both onsite and remote employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for onsite and remote employees
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripheral equipment
• Enroll, configure, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, including policy deployment and compliance monitoring
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests (VPN, email, applications)
• Support onboarding for new hires, including equipment setup and account provisioning for onsite and remote staff
• Provide in-person, hands-on support at employee desks, and use remote desktop tools to assist off-site employees
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or systems administrators
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and coordinate shipping/repairs as needed
• Provide basic training on software, systems, and security best practices

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
• Experience supporting remote employees a plus
