View the SENS Product Catalog Summary Stored Energy Systems (SENS) is seeking a proactive and collaborative Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and other technical issues. This role is responsible for troubleshooting problems, resolving technical incidents, and ensuring a high level of customer service to maintain smooth IT operations. Responsibilities* Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and other desktop equipment/accessories. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications. * Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary. * Document all support requests, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system. * Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning. * Maintain knowledge of company IT policies and ensure compliance. * Provide guidance and training to users on basic IT functions and best practices.

Required Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in technical support or help desk environment. * Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems. * Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote sup...
