We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team. This role is hands-on and will work both in-office and eventually on-site at client locations. While this is not a remote position, remote work may be considered on a rotation basis after six months of successful employment.

Position Overview

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for managing and supporting users, networks, and infrastructure across multiple client environments. This position requires good technical knowledge, excellent customer service, attention to detail and good written and oral communication skills. The role also includes participating in a 1-in-5 week on-call rotation and covering 1 holiday per year to ensure client needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Manage Office 365 administration
• Monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches (Meraki, Cisco, etc.)
• Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance of client systems through RMM tools (NinjaRMM)
• Document work in IT Glue and ensure accurate, up-to-date client information
• Eventually drive to client sites in the Phoenix area as needed for project and support work
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately 1 week out of every 5)
• Cover 1 holiday per year on a rotating schedule

Requirements- 3-5 years of IT support experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
