The Director of Supplier Quality Assurance is a key member of the Supplier Performance leadership team, responsible for a defined portion of Raytheon’s total supplier base. The Director will drive the proactive and reactive quality assurance activities, ensuring continuous capability and performance improvements. This role leads to the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning across suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring installed adequate Capacity at the supplier and their sub-Tiers. The role should protect Raytheon’s production and reduce risk across all programs and business. Success will be measured in timely delivery of quality assured products (FAI and first-time yield of FAI), as well as ongoing supplier quality performance, and improvements, measured in escapes and PPM.

This leader is accountable for developing and executing the Supplier Assurance strategy, enhancing supplier capability across a wide selection of production technologies. The
