ABSO Tech I — IT Support Technician I

Join our dynamic IT support team as an ABSO Tech I — IT Support Technician I, where your enthusiasm for technology, problem solving, and customer service will help deliver exceptional support experiences to our clients.

In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for technical issues and will handle a large portion of the everyday support queue. You will provide essential assistance with hardware, software, Microsoft 365, user accounts, printers, workstations, network connectivity, VoIP systems, and other common technology issues.

Your proactive approach and technical curiosity will help keep users productive and connected across a variety of customer environments.

Because ABSO Technologies operates as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), you will have the opportunity to work with many different businesses, organizations, technologies, applications, and network environments rather than supporting only one internal company.

What You Will Be Expected to Handle

An ABSO Tech I should become comfortable independently handling the majority of common day-to-day support requests, including:

• Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 support
• Outlook troubleshooting
• Microsoft Teams support
• OneDrive support
• Microsoft Office application issues
• Password resets
• Basic Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365 user administration
• Basic Active Directory user administration
• Printer and scanner troubleshooting
• Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
• PC setup, configuration, deployment, and replacement
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• Basic malware and security troubleshooting
• Basic Wi-Fi and netwo
