ABSO Tech IT Support Technician

ABSO Technologies is seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused ABSO Tech IT Support Technician to join our Managed IT Services team.

This is a hands-on technical position for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting beyond basic help desk issues and taking ownership of more complex technical problems. As an ABSO Tech IT Support Technician, you will support multiple client environments, resolve escalated service requests, assist with infrastructure and cloud systems, participate in technology projects, and help ensure our clients' systems remain secure, reliable, and productive.

The ideal candidate is a strong troubleshooter who understands that successful IT support is not just about fixing technology — it is about communicating with customers, documenting work, identifying root causes, and following issues through to completion.

Because ABSO Technologies operates as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), you will work with a variety of businesses, local governments, nonprofit organizations, schools, and other organizations with different technology environments and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for client hardware, software, cloud services, networks, servers, security systems, and business applications.
• Take ownership of escalated technical issues and work them through diagnosis, resolution, documentation, and customer communication.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, docking stations, peripherals, and other endpoint equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system issues, application problems, performance issues, user-profile problems, and hardware failures.
