We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across managed client environments. This hands-on role supports end users, Microsoft 365, endpoints, networks, cloud services, security tools, and day-to-day service operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to managed services clients through approved support channels.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, applications, printers, peripheral devices, and user connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, endpoint security, EDR, backup, and monitoring platforms.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall or switching issues.
• Create clear ticket notes, technical documentation, SOPs, and client environment records while communicating professionally with clients.
• Escalate advanced or out-of-scope issues to Level 3 engineers, security specialists, vendors, or leadership when required.
• Assist with client onboarding, technology deployments, migrations, maintenance activities, and approved projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of professional IT support, help desk, desktop support, or managed services experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops, alongside a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Foundational networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and VLAN concepts.
