The role

You wear more than one hat. Sometimes, you are on the service desk - the first line of support for our clients and the leader in making an excellent impression. You answer the call, solve the common issues fast and right, document clearly, and escalate cleanly when you need to. You will work across all of our clients, so no two days look the same, and you will have a real path to grow, gain skills, and advance your career.

Other times, you go to client sites and interface with them directly, the literal face of the company. You prepare and install hardware, ensure smooth delivery and perfect setup, while representing Quo Vadis with confidence, character, and charisma. You’ll monitor clients to ensure environments meet Quo Vadis standards and are optimized for performance and security. You’ll also be responsible for onboarding new clients, giving them their first taste of the Quo Vadis Way – you will have the first opportunity to turn them into Raving Fans!
