Position Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Administrative / IT Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site Tier 1 technical and administrative support to NAVFAC Marianas Command Information Office (CIO3). This position is ideal for a customer-focused individual beginning a career in IT who is eager to learn, develop technical skills, and support government end users.

The specialist will assist with helpdesk operations, basic troubleshooting, IT asset management, mobile device support, telecommunications, and general administrative tasks. More complex technical issues will be escalated to senior IT personnel.
