The Automation Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting customers and developing automation, control, and supervision systems using the Siemens automation portfolio, including SICAM (SCC, PAS, A8000, TOOLBOX, DEVICE MANAGER, SICAM 230, SICAM 1703), RUGGEDCOM, and SIPROTEC 4/5.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal and external customers using Siemens SICAM, SIPROTEC, and RUGGEDCOM product lines.
• Develop automation, control, and SCADA systems based on single-line diagrams, schematics, signal lists, and project documentation.
• Develop SCADA applications using Siemens SICAM SCC and SICAM 230.
• Develop customized automation logic using SICAM TOOLBOX, DEVICE MANAGER, and DIGSI engineering software.
• Design, configure, and integrate systems using IEC 61850 (MMS, GOOSE, Process Bus), DNP3, IEC 60870-5-101/103/104, Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC UA/DA, ICCP, SNMP, PRP, HSR, RSTP, PTP, and SNTP.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration for electrical
