IT Support Specialist

OnboardIT is a leading Phoenix-based IT support firm and trusted technology partner with a growing number of clients across the US, but primarily in Phoenix. We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team as the first line of support for our managed clients. This is a hands-on role handling day-to-day support tickets, endpoint and Microsoft 365 issues, and user requests with direct mentorship from senior engineers. It's an ideal next step for someone with 1-3 years of helpdesk experience who wants exposure to a modern, automation-first MSP stack and an ability to rapidly advance your skills by training with industry veterans.

Location

Phoenix, AZ (8222 S 48th Street, Suite 215). This role begins with a 90-day in-office onboarding period so you can ramp up alongside the team. After that, it moves to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote per week. Wednesdays are reserved for all team members in office. Client site visits are a requirement that may vary depending on the week.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing; triage, resolve, and escalate as needed

· Manage tickets on our ticketing platform (ConnectWise Manage), documenting work clearly and meeting response/resolution targets.

· Provide support for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices

· Handle user onboarding and offboarding (mostly automated)
