IT Support Specialist

Position: IT Support

Location:- Remote Role

Part Time position

We’re looking for help in sourcing two part-time contractors for our IT team during the 2026 AEP season.

Each contractor would work approximately 25 hours per week, primarily from 6:00–11:00 a.m. Pacific, Monday through Friday.

We’re looking for candidates with service desk or desktop support experience who are comfortable:

• Providing live technical support in a fast-moving environment
• Troubleshooting common access, login, device, and application issues
• Working directly with end users
• Documenting interactions accurately in Jira
• Escalating more complex issues when necessary

These positions can be remote within the United States. Candidates in Central or Eastern time zones may be particularly well suited for the early Pacific schedule.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
