We partner with small and mid-sized businesses across Southeast Michigan as their outsourced IT department, technology advisor, and strategic consultant. Our clients rely on us to help them make good technology decisions, maintain secure and reliable systems, and solve the problems that keep their businesses running.

We're looking for someone who enjoys technology, loves solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career rather than simply work another help desk job.

What You'll Do

You'll work with a broad range of technologies and clients, which means every week is different.

Responsibilities include

• Supporting end users both remotely and onsite
• Diagnosing and resolving workstation, server, network, and cloud issues
• Deploying and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments
• Assisting with cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Implementing and supporting business technology projects
• Documenting systems, procedures, and solutions
• Working directly with clients to understand business challenges and recommend solutions
• Researching unfamiliar technologies and independently driving issues toward resolution

This role combines help desk responsibilities, systems administration, consulting, and project work.
