Teknabyte Consulting is a fast-growing Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) serving businesses throughout Central Indiana. We help organizations stay secure, productive, and successful by delivering exceptional IT support and cybersecurity solutions.

We're looking for an IT Help Desk Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and continuously learning new technologies. If you're passionate about IT and want to work with Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, servers, and cloud technologies while being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Managed Services team, you'll provide technical support to a variety of business clients, including:

  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Create and manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user accounts
  • Resolve printer, networking, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues
  • Install and configure new computers and software
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and remote support tools
  • Document work completed in our ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate while continuing to learn from senior engineers
  • Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
