IT Help Desk Associate

As part of your responsibilities, you’ll provide both remote and onsite support, ensuring clients receive timely and effective assistance. Your duties will span from managing emails and phone calls—organizing them into our support tracking system—to delivering first level technical support remotely. At our Bellevue office, you’ll also help out locally by reimaging PCs and managing client inventory.

We’re looking for someone who can independently investigate technical issues and implement solutions, while also identifying recurring challenges and proposing ways to resolve them at the root. You’ll be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software and hardware across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks, and servers. Managing the monthly patch and upgrade process for workstations, servers, operating systems, and major applications will also be part of your routine.

Maintaining close contact and open communication with clients until an issue is fully resolved is essential, and you’ll be expected to keep detailed work logs and technical documentation. We value proactive associates who can spot areas where technology policies and procedures need improvement or where new ones should be developed.
