We are seeking Client & Technical Support Specialists to support healthcare-related technical transition and migration initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and has a basic understanding of technical concepts such as Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP).

Deep technical expertise is not required.

Success in this role is primarily driven by your ability to communicate clearly, coordinate activities, follow established processes, and help clients successfully navigate technical changes.
