#### TAC Specialist

PNJ Technology Partners, an Albany-based IT solutions provider, is seeking a detail-oriented TAC (Technical Assistance Center) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and time-management skills along with a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience. In this role, you will provide both on-site and remote technical support, resolving hardware and software issues across a diverse client base. Success in this position requires the ability to follow established procedures, learn new tasks quickly, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

#### Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy desktop workstations, including setup, reimaging, and software installation
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, replacing or upgrading components as needed
• Provide responsive phone and remote support to end users
• Troubleshoot operating system errors and recommend effective solutions
• Deliver hardware and software support for PCs and peripherals
• Configure workstations to meet enduser specifications
• Apply working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high service standards

#### Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field, or two to four years of experience in help desk and/or enduser support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment in recommending solutions
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required
• Professional certifications preferred
