Overview

Kreative Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer to design, build and maintain software for our clients' systems. You will turn requirements into working, tested code as part of an Agile team.

The ideal candidate is a capable problem-solver who writes clean code and enjoys learning. You should be comfortable owning features and collaborating closely with teammates.

Duties/Responsibilities

* + Designs, develops and tests software features and fixes. + Builds and maintains APIs, services and database interactions. + Writes unit and integration tests. + Participates in code reviews and design discussions. + Troubleshoots defects and supports production issues. + Participates in sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives. + Documents code and technical changes. + Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

* + 3+ years of software engineering experience. + Experience with Java, C#, Python or a similar language. + Experience with SQL and relational databases. + Experience with Git and Agile development practices. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently in a remote environment. + Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

Preferred Qualifications

* + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. + Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React. + Experience supporting federal government contracts.

Compensation

$73,588 – $81,765 per year
