Arcfield in Rome, NY is seeking a software engineer to join an Agile Scrum team developing and maintaining an industry-leading guarding solutions portfolio that is deployed worldwide.

Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principles and theories. Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope/complexity.

Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems. Ensures software standards and product requirements are met. Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Confers with customers, engineers, and others to design solutions and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
