Our vision is every school thriving. Every community stronger. We're hiring for multiple Sr. Software Engineers at either the I or II level to join our Core Services Platform Engineering team. Core Services teams build and evolve the foundational platform capabilities that power Frontline's products. These shared services enable product teams to deliver customer value faster, more consistently, and with greater reliability. From workflow orchestration and notifications to integrations and reusable application services, you'll help create scalable building blocks that support educators and administrators across the country. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll contribute beyond implementation. You'll help shape technical solutions, influence engineering practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure platform capabilities remain reliable, extensible, and easy for downstream teams to adopt. Your work will directly support Frontline's ability to deliver meaningful outcomes for schools while creating exceptional experiences for both internal and external customers. How You'll Drive Success Platform Engineering & Solution Delivery * Design, build, test, deploy, and support cloud-native shared services and reusable platform capabilities. * Develop scalable APIs, microservices, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven solutions using TypeScript and modern backend technologies. * Build configurable and extensible platform capabilities that support diverse product needs across Frontline's ecosystem. * Contribute to distributed systems leveraging messaging technologies such as Kafka and modern event-driven architectures. * Support modernization initiatives that improve scalability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence. * Partner with product engineering tea...
