Security / Full Stack Developer / Automation Builder (Hybrid – St. Pete, FL)

About the role

We’re a small but fast-moving team building internal tools, automations, sales verticals and data-driven systems. Looking for someone who can help turn ideas into working products without a ton of hand-holding.

This is a hybrid role — some in-person collaboration in St. Pete, some remote work. We care more about output than sitting in a chair 24/7.

What you’ll be doing

• Maximizing Security, Building and improving internal tools, dashboards, and workflows
• Connecting APIs and automating processes
• Working directly with the founder to bring ideas to life quickly
• Troubleshooting and improving existing systems

What we’re looking for

• Experience and extreme interest in AI and automations
• Experience building real projects (apps, tools, automations, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently and figuring things out
• Familiar with APIs and integrations
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, Lovable, Base44, Bolt or similar
• Bonus: experience with no-code tools (Bubble, Zapier, Make, etc.) or AI integrations

Nice to have (not required)

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
• Experience in Data Science and Lead Generation
• Data handling / scraping / workflow automation
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
