Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking talented and motivated Full Stack Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design and implement robust, scalable applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. *US Citizenship required for this position; must be able to get a DoD secret clearance and willing to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.*

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Implement responsive user interfaces and user experiences across various devices.
• Back-End Development:
• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database architectures to support application functionality.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security by writing efficient code and conducting code reviews.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in or lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Complete Unit Testing using a framework such as JEST.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.
• Provide input on architecture and technology choices to improve product performance and development processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
