Salesforce DevOps Analyst

As a Salesforce DevOps Analyst at Aledade, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless deployment of our Salesforce-based solutions. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, automating testing processes, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting environment management within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with developers, admins, and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.

### Primary Duties

* Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Conduct functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing, SI, and Smoke testing.

* Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.

* Monitor and manage Salesforce environments and releases across sandboxes and production. Implement DevOps best practices to improve deployment efficiency and reduce errors.

* Analyze test results, identify bugs, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards during deployment and testing.

### Minimum Qualifications

* BS / BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and/or DevOps roles. * Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and APIs. * Experience with test/DevOps automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Gearset). * Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and deployment processes. ### Preferred KSA’s
