That’s why we need a Quality Assurance Analyst like you who’s eager to help thoroughly test software and ensure that our team releases the best system possible.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst on our team, you’ll work with data engineers that evaluate developed systems for the Veterans Administration. You’ll help develop and implement a test plan based on user stories. Using Azure, Oracle, and AWS-based data, you’ll generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the system performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You’ll expand upon your experience in various types of testing, including manual and automated. This is an opportunity to broaden your skills in documenting, solving system deficiencies, automation, and Cloud computing. Work with us to develop systems solutions that help our nation’s veterans.

You Have

• 3+ years of experience with Azure Tools used for data engineering and ELT, including Azure Synapse or Azure Databricks
• Experience with analyzing and profiling data
• Experience with querying or working with data using SQL and PySpark
• Experience building automated testing frameworks that can be used to proactively catch data issues
• Knowledge of best testing practices and patterns in a Cloud environment
• Ability to work as part of a mid-sized team, with minimal direction, and rapidly build test plans and test sets using standard test planning tools
• Ability to implement, build, and execute test plan using CoTS automated tooling or script-based testing with Python or Scala
