Duties

• Design, deploy, and manage complex network architectures across on-premises and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Implement DevSecOps practices to integrate security into the network development lifecycle, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Automate deployment processes using tools like Terraform and scripting languages such as Python and Java to streamline infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and resolve technical problems related to operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Unix-based platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives to upgrade existing systems or develop new network solutions aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and security protocols.
• Support system administration tasks related to IT infrastructure management, including configuring APIs for seamless integrations and managing container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Skills

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS and Azure for deploying scalable network solutions.
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Kubernetes for orchestrating microservices environments.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation and troubleshooting support.
• Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) management across multiple cloud providers.
• Solid grasp of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Oracle environments.
• Project management experience in technology projects with an emphasis on agile methodologies.
• Ability to perform technical troubleshooting support efficiently across diverse systems.
