Inside the Role

The Custom Hardware and Electronics Configurator (CHEC) team builds and maintains DTNA's proprietary web-based tool that enables Truck Equipment Manufacturers (TEMs), dealers, and internal teams to configure and validate vehicle electrical features. CHEC operates in a safety-relevant, high-complexity domain where usability, correctness, and delivery discipline are critical.

We are looking for a Lead Architect / Senior Full Stack Developer who will serve as the technical owner of the CHEC platform architecture and be accountable for overall system quality. In addition to defining frontend, backend, and Azure architecture, you will lead and govern the Automation QA strategy, ensuring CHEC meets reliability, safety, and auditability expectations for a mission-critical configuration tool. As the technical leader of this team, you will also own our AI-augmented development strategy - defining how the team leverages AI coding assistants, establishing prompt engineering standards, and ensuring AI-generated code meets the same rigorous quality bar as human-written code.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of $117,000 – $150,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.
