Full Stack Developer, Senior

Responsibilities

Technica Corporation is seeking a Full Stack Developer, Senior to provide development and operations & maintenance (O&M) support for a production Java application with a Postgres backend and a Tomcat/JBoss application server. The developer will collaborate with both government and contractor teams to support all aspects of application development. Key Responsibilities:* O&M responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and developing enhancement specifications and requirements based on system owner input. * The developer will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to production support, including creating solution architecture for new efforts, creating new working full stack applications, upgrading existing application to latest versions, and improving performance bottlenecks.

The position would be located at a government facility in Washington, D.C. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.

The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 – $136,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Technica considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, location, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Requirements: * Active Top-Secret with SCI and CI Poly eligibility * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and/or experience. * 8 years of O&M relevant experience. * Java (JEE Development) * Javascript/Ajax * Spring Boot & Spring Data JPA * Angular 14+ * Postgres * Tomcat/JB
