Janadhi & Company LLC is a Technology Solutions Provider serving businesses throughout Utah and across the United States. We specialize in Managed IT Services, Microsoft 365, networking, wireless infrastructure, structured cabling, security cameras, access control, VoIP systems, and technology consulting.

This is not a traditional help desk position and it is not just a cabling position. Our technicians gain hands-on experience across multiple technology disciplines while supporting real-world business environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, printers, and end users
• Troubleshoot networking, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
• Provide remote and onsite technical support
• Manage and document service tickets
• Assist with technology deployments and infrastructure projects
• Support security camera and access control systems
• Maintain professional communication with clients

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or field service experience
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in ceiling spaces, and travel to client locations
