IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the person they turn to when something isn't working, when they need new equipment, or when they're trying to figure out how to get the most out of the technology around them.

You'll work across hardware, software, mobile devices, networking, business applications, and emerging technologies, supporting employees in offices and remotely across the organization.

You'll also have a front-row seat to how we're incorporating AI into the workplace, helping employees adopt new tools, troubleshooting issues, and contributing ideas that make technology more useful and effective.

You'll be responsible for a broad range of technology support, including:* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, peripheral, and connectivity issues. * Provide responsive, customer-focused support to employees working in offices and remotely. * Manage service requests and incidents through our ticketing system, including documenting issues, prioritizing work, and escalating when necessary. * Configure, image, deploy, recover, and maintain employee workstations and related equipment. * Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, along with applications used throughout an engineering and professional services environment. * Support specialized applications including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Newforma. * Help employees get the most out of AI tools and capabilitie
