As an IT Support Specialist

* You will respond to and resolve daily technical support requests involving desktops, laptops, VoIP phones, printers, scanners, copiers, and network connectivity * You will systematically analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve employee technology issues while providing clear communication throughout the support process * You have strong communication and customer service skills and can explain technical concepts to non-technical users * You are organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple support requests and priorities effectively * You are collaborative, coachable, and willing to continuously learn new technologies, software applications, and support processes * You can make sense of complex technical issues and efficiently problem solve for successful outcomes * You assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup, system access, and technology deployment * You help maintain IT inventory, documentation, knowledge base resources, and standard operating procedures * You participate in IT project
