We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our manufacturing team, reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable working on the shop floor, and focused on keeping systems running efficiently. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users across manufacturing, office, and remote locations, providing support via phone, email, in-person, and remote tools
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, shop floor terminals, and Wi-Fi/VPN, with a focus on minimizing production downtime
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows systems, applications, and peripheral equipment in both office and manufacturing environments
• Support day-to-day use of the ERP system (Axis by Aptean), assisting users with data entry, basic troubleshooting, and documentation; partner with the ERP Manager for more complex issues
• Manage helpdesk tickets, prioritize based on business impact, and escalate as needed
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, asset inventory tracking, and hardware/software audits across manufacturing equipment and IT infrastructure
• Document issue resolutions and create user guides or quick reference materials to reduce recurring problems
• Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding, software deployments, and small-scale projects such as system upgrades or device rollouts
