About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Engineer to support and maintain client environments. This is a hybrid remote, contract position offering flexible scheduling, with required daytime availability (Monday–Friday) to support client operations. Candidate will be required to work onsite one day per week for up to 4 hours.

While schedules are flexible, candidates must be available during business hours to respond to support requests and phone calls when not onsite. Additional work may be completed during evenings or weekends based on workload and preference.

**Occasional on-site work may be required for hardware-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows and macOS systems
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
• Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune or similar platforms
• Troubleshoot issues related to e-mail, authentication, endpoints, and cloud services
• Monitor and respond to support tickets with clear documentation
• Answer and handle support queue phone calls via VoIP softphone on a mobile device
• Support user onboarding/offboarding and device setup
• Assist with client projects, migrations, and system improvements
• Independently manage client environments and assigned tasks

Requirements

• Professional experience in IT support
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
