We are looking for an IT Support Desk Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users. This is your opportunity to:

As an IT Support Desk Technician you will be expected to

• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Receive and triage incoming support requests.
• Provides first-level telephone, email, remote and onsite support for computers, networking, software, and other technical issues; average 10-20 support tickets per day.
• Work with third parties and vendors to assist with warranty, support, and/or service issues.
• Document technical support issues and resolutions.
• Achieve and maintain a 90% or higher customer satisfaction average score.
• Maintain proper time tracking and time management discipline to achieve efficiency goals.
• Continually train and earn certifications to stay up to date on new technologies and processes.
