: Target pay for this role is $60-80 per hour but may vary based on experience

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
------------------------
We are seeking an experienced Ironclad System Administrator / Architect to help our client improve, optimize, and scale their Ironclad contract lifecycle management platform.
This role will focus on supporting a live Salesforce-integrated Ironclad environment, improving existing workflows and templates, reviewing approval triggers, cleaning up fields and data structures, and helping the organization prepare for significant growth in contract volume and system users.
This is a hands-on role. The client needs someone who can assess the current Ironclad environment, identify improvements, and directly execute configuration changes.
Key responsibilities include
- Administer, configure, and support the Ironclad platform.
- Review and improve existing Ironclad workflows, templates, fields, and approval processes.
- Improve Salesforce-launched workflows and public workflows.
- Review approval triggers to ensure approvals are added when defined criteria are met.
- Support and optimize the live Salesforce/Ironclad integration.
- Clean up and align fields, metadata, and data structures.
- Support the organization and maintenance of the Ironclad Clause Library.
- Help scale Ironclad from a smaller user base to broader business adoption.
- Troubleshoot workflow, approval, routing, permission, template, and integration issues.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, legal, sales operations, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Document system changes, workflows, and processes as needed.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a senior-level Ironclad administrator or architect with strong hands-on configuration experience. You should be comfortable walking into an existing Ironclad environment, understanding how it is being used, and making practical improvements that help the business scale.
Must-have experience includes
- Strong hands-on Ironclad administration experience.
- Ironclad architecture, configuration, workflow, and template experience.
- Experience scaling or optimizing Ironclad or CLM environments.
- Experience supporting a live Salesforce/Ironclad integration or Salesforce-launched workflows.
- Experience reviewing and improving approval workflows and triggers.
- Ability to directly execute configuration changes.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, workflow automation, document routing, templates, approvals, and field/data alignment.
Nice-to-have experience includes
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Legal Operations, Sales Operations, or contract management teams.
- Experience with Clause Library organization and maintenance.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, lending, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations.
