Job Description

Responsibilities

* Assist Service Management in Re-IP'ing laptops and managing DHCP reservations. Understand IP change impact on end users reservations. * Understands IP changes and their end-user impact. * Hands-on AD work — user/group coordination, permission troubleshooting, stale account and group cleanup. * Web app scanning — full lifecycle * Scan every server on Windows AND Linux, * Build remediation list, * Write remediation plan, * Drive issues to resolution.

Required Skills

  • Re-IP / DHCP Reservation Management
  • AD coordination, troubleshooting & cleanup
  • Scan every server.
  • Assist in writing the remediation plan.
  • Help drive issues to resolution.
  • Both Linux and Windows environments. (Nessus, OpenVAS, OWASP ZAP, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Nessus / OpenVAS / OWASP ZAP
  • Linux command line (basic)
  • Vulnerability report writing
  • SCCM / Intune / MDM
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell or Bash)
  • ITIL / ServiceNow
