CACI is seeking an HCM Test Automation & Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform being deployed across the federal government as part of the HCM modernization program. This platform supports pay, benefits, and career management for federal civilian employees across multiple agencies, leaving zero room for defects in production. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive test strategies—including functional, integration, regression, performance, security, accessibility, and user acceptance testing—within a SAFe Agile continuous testing framework. You will build automated test suites, execute parallel payroll validation, ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance, and coordinate UAT with agency stakeholders. Every Oracle quarterly update, every agency migration wave, and every integration endpoint must be fully validated before reaching production. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans across functional, system integration (SIT), regression, performance, security, data migration, and UAT testing for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, or equivalent tools to support continuous regression testing within a SAFe Agile environment.
