The Opportunity

CACI is seeking a HCM Test Automation & Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM platform being deployed across the federal government as part of the HCM modernization program. With federal civilian employees depending on this system for their pay, benefits, and career management across multiple federal agencies, there is no room for defects in production. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance, security, accessibility, and user acceptance testing. Working within a SAFe Agile continuous testing framework, you will build automated test suites, execute parallel payroll validation, ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance, and coordinate UAT with agency stakeholders. Every Oracle quarterly update, every agency migration wave, and every integration endpoint must be validated before it touches the production environment. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans covering functional, SIT, regression, performance, security, data migration, and UAT for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, or equivalent tools to support continuous regression testing within the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
• Execute parallel payroll validation testing by comparing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM payroll results with legacy system outputs for each agency migration wave; document
