Responsibilities: * Computer Systems Analyst * We have an opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst to work as a member of an energetic and dynamic team supporting advanced program integration and installation within Navy’s Strike Planning and Execution Systems line of products. You’ll be answering calls on behalf of Navy’s Strike Planning and Execution Systems. * What You'll Do: * Provide helpdesk support for Navy systems administration and installations support. The duties for this position will primarily be performed from the V2X Marlton, NJ Facility and may require periodic CONUS / OCONUS travel. This position may also require occasional embedded support to US Navy afloat units as a ship rider for periods of 2-4 weeks, which includes bonus pay. * Key Responsibilities: * Both as part of a team and independently analyze and break down software function, operation, and administration of the various system components, connections, and applications associated with the Strike Planning and Executions Systems environment. * Directly interact with various levels of US Government Program Office personnel, US Navy and US Marine Corps uniformed personnel, and other contractors to obtain required information. * Participate in technical document validation/verification and In-Process Reviews, program reviews, technical exchanges, and team meeting. * Be involved in the development and collection of performance metrics for monthly reporting and for use in developing/improving the documentation pro...
