As a DevOps engineer, you’re eager to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your client’s needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. We need you to develop container management sof t war e to solve some of our clients’ toughest challenges.

As a platform DevOps engineer at Booz Allen, you can use your technical skills to affect mission-for war d change. On our team, you’ll hone your skills using the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client’s environment with current container sof t war e to ensure seamless orchestration. Using your DevOps platform experience , you’ll support your team as you inform strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process.

You’ll recommend resources that will help your client manage and securely adopt containers. Additionally, you’ll continue to strengthen your DevOps skills while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms.

You Have

• 3+ years of experience working with deploying cloud resources on AWS
• 2+ years of experience building and supporting DevOps tools and continuous integration and continuous delivery ( CI / CD ) pipelines
• 2+ years of experience with containerization, building images, and orchestrating deployments on Kubernetes with Helm, including writing custom Helm charts
• 1+ years of experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• 1+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code deployments, including with Terraform
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in DevOps, or 8+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CISSP, or GSEC Certification within 4 months of start date
