AI & IT Support Specialist

I'm looking for somebody to work for ITsoft, and this is Mike Treat. I'm the CEO, and here are some of the skills that I need in this person to work for my IT company.

You can go to our website, itsoft.com, and see what we're about. We're an IT company that does different types of IT work, programming, and AI work.

Here's the type of young person I need to do this work:

- I want you to be good with technology and good with websites.

- I want you to be able to handle anything in an IT company and understand that.

- I want you to be able to provide support for people.

- We're really pushing hard at growing in AI, so I would like this person to be able to work in AI.

- Most of all, I want to know Claude, but I just want somebody that's pretty good with AI, setting it up, and doing programming. Programming for AI is almost all in English, so it's not very hard to do.

- I want you to be able to do that type of work there.

- I want you to be able to also understand business documents, documents pretty well, simple contracts, and things like that.

- I want you to be able to talk to people on the phone when we're doing AI work to provide support for that.

- I want you to be able to set up AI systems on Claude to help them with their work every day.

- You can set up with Claude, do co-work, and do code. I'm hoping that you know how to use both of those tools there.

Also, I want the person to

- be really enthused about their work

- need to have good integrity

- be able to get along with people well

- work with people on team projects together

- need to be able to do that well

A person should be able to write documents well, including different types of papers, and be able to do phone calls well with different vendors we may be using with our company or different customers. I want them to have a really good attitude about joining the work and really enjoying the IT work.

I'm the CEO, and I enjoy it a lot. I think we already have a good team to work with, and you'll enjoy it pretty well. I just want you to make sure you always get the job done, be responsible, and be able to get everything done well.
