Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to lead the process behind our ACA compliance deliverables. This role does not focus on finding or fixing every error directly - rather, it focuses on catching the exceptions: patterns, inconsistencies, and edge cases that indicate a deliverable isn't ready for client review.

As the QA Manager, you will oversee the review of completed ACA Forms 1094-C and 1095-C work prepared by our analyst team, verify that coding and documentation meet internal standards, and ensure every deliverable is accurate, defensible, and audit-ready before it reaches the client. This role requires technical knowledge of ACA employer reporting requirements, and sharp pattern-recognition skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review completed ACA reporting deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and completeness prior to client delivery
• Verify Line 14, 15, and 16 coding against plan details, employee eligibility, classification, enrollment, and affordability requirements
• Identify coding inconsistencies between current and prior filing years, and confirm that any changes are properly explained
• Run and review error reports to catch missing data, incorrect codes, or discrepancies between source files and final output
• Cross-check questionnaire responses against how each case was actually coded
