Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to drive our web technology strategy and oversee the full lifecycle of internal and external web applications—from technical architecture to deployment. Our current web applications span a range of technologies — including ASP Classic systems and newer .NET applications. In this role, you will keep the legacy applications stable and secure while leading ongoing efforts to modernize and provide hands-on technical leadership.The ideal candidate is a versatile, full-lifecycle senior developer with strong analytical skills, sound independent judgment, and an in-depth understanding of legacy and current web technologies, platforms, and tools. Must be able to work M-F from 8 am - 5 pm (PST). This position is remote but requires one of the interviews to be in-person.

Key Responsibilities

· Technical Leadership & Architecture: Design, development, and maintain all web applications end to end; establish code quality standards and conduct peer reviews. Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features and functionality; decide most appropriate methodologies and tools.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Project Management to gather requirements from business teams‐‐provide technical analysis for scoping requested features.

· Project Management & Execution: Own project delivery from initial concept through deployment, ensuring solutions are properly architected, specified, and delivered on schedule.

· Troubleshooting & Support: Serve as technical point of contact to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues in development and production instances, across multiple environments, platforms, and user groups.
