Web Developer

Orca346 Digital is a growing digital consulting firm that helps businesses modernize their online presence through websites, local SEO, AI, automation, and digital strategy.

We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer who enjoys solving complex problems, embraces new technology, and wants to help businesses work smarter, not harder.

This is more than a traditional web development role. You’ll work on a variety of client projects involving websites, AI, automations, integrations, and emerging technologies.

We’re less interested in how many websites you’ve built than in how you use technology to solve business problems.

*What You’ll Do*

Projects may include

• Build, update, and maintain business websites
• Troubleshoot and repair WordPress websites
• Improve website performance, security, and technical SEO
• Perform website migrations
• Configure hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, and email settings
• Integrate websites with CRMs and third-party applications
• Configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Build workflow automations that reduce manual work
• Research and recommend modern technology solutions for clients
• Explore and implement AI-powered tools that improve business operations
• Document work completed and communicate project progress

Every client is different, so no two projects are exactly alike.

Required *Qualifications*

• 5+ years of professional website development experience
• Strong WordPress experience
• Experience with website hosting, DNS, and SSL configuration
• Experience troubleshooting existing websites
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong understanding of technical SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

• AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
• AI coding assistants like Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
