Duties

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software applications using languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, C++, and VBA.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs and web services to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms.
• Assist in managing IT infrastructure components hosted on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, ensuring stability and security.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and testing to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
• Maintain version control using tools such as GitHub, SVN, and Git; document code changes thoroughly for transparency and future reference.
• Support database management tasks involving MySQL and SQL Server; optimize queries for performance improvements.
• Engage in front-end development with React Express and other frameworks to create intuitive user interfaces aligned with project requirements.

Skills

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including cloud services (AWS, Azure) and Linux-based systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, C++, VBA, and C.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with web development frameworks like React Express.
• Familiarity with application development methodologies including Agile practices.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SVN for collaborative code management.
• Ability to work with databases like MySQL and SQL Server; experience optimizing database queries is a plus.
• Understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) security principles to ensure secure application access.
• Exposure to quantum engineering concepts is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for learning new technologies is essential.
