We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Systems Engineer to join our growing team in CO Springs, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers, IT managers, and other team members to ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of critical business systems. The ideal candidate has a firm grasp of systems engineering principles, solid problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with modern IT environments and technologies. Key Responsibilities Systems Implementation and Maintenance* Install, configure, and maintain systems, servers, hardware, and software. * Perform routine system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and compliance with security standards. * Manage hardware inventory, ensuring proper deployment and updating of infrastructure components. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime using diagnostic tools.
