Job Description

Collect SailPoint integration requirements (technical and non-technical) from the application team. * Enter data into the Rapid onboarding tool. * Identify the appropriate connector/integration method and provide details for full application integration. * Identify Firewall requirement, place the request, follow up and escalate as needed. * Gather entitlement/role information, review metadata, and get it implemented with the development team. * Communicate information to developers. * Act as a liaison between developers and the application team as needed. * Escalate issues to management appropriately. * Coordinate and validate integration testing on the application side. * Manage any outstanding integration item for the application until deployment to production and sign-off by operation team. * Analyze and categorize application complexity for an additional 25 applications. * Provide status reports to management.
