Job

Description:

• Responsible for installation, configuration, and maintenance for SUPRA DB to ensure performance and reliability of application.
• Perform DB updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system.
• Monitor DB health and address issues tied to performance, storage, and/or connectivity.
• Ensure DB structure, including schemas, tables, indexes and relationships, are identified and documented appropriately to support business requirements.
• Work with Government operations team to optimize DB performance through analysis of DB execution.
• Ensure DB integrity and consistency across SUPRA DB environment.
• Implement security measures to protect data stored in SUPRA databases, including access controls and encryption.
• Ensure compliance with DoW policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and address potential security vulnerabilities in database environment.
• Develop and work with Government to ensure robust backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data in case of system failures or disasters.
• Support Customer in ensuring regular backups are performed and test recovery procedures to ensure data availability.
• Minimize downtime during recovery operations and ensure business continuity.

Required Minimum Education

* BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, IT, or closely related discipline.

Required Minimum Experience

* 10+ years of overall professional experience
