Job Description Summary

We are looking for aStaff Software Engineerto serve as a technical anchor for our engineering organization. In this role, you will move beyond individual contribution to drive architectural decisions, set engineering standards, and lead the technical direction of our core platforms.

You will act as a "Tech Lead of Tech Leads," working across squads to solve complex distributed system challenges while ensuring our platform remains scalable, secure, and performant. While this is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, you will be expected to mentor senior engineers and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership.
